What is your return/exchange policy?
- All products are covered with 7 days no question asked returns except for furniture category.
- The furniture category policy allows you to only replace items within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- Replacement request can be raised at MORii customer care on 9289648777 or email us at in-support@morii.in , importantly unboxing video is mandatory for furniture products for further queries please feel free to reach out on the whatsapp / email , details as provided above.
- Once the replacement is requested, it may take our courier 5 working days to pick up your order..
- Please return the products in their original condition including the barcodes and packaging.
- Refund where applicable ( unboxing video is mandatory for furniture products), shall be initiated upon the successful pick up and quality check of the article.
How long will it take to get my order?
- We strive to dispatch within 24 hrs , this for all categories except for few furniture items which are made to order.
- Delhivery and DTDC, our delivery partners, will notify you of the exact delivery date via email and SMS. Generally its 4- 7 days but can be more in some sxceptional cases.
- We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
What are the shipping cost charges?
- Shipping for all product is FREE.
