- Replacement request can be raised at MORii customer care on 9289648777 or email us at in-support@morii.in , importantly unboxing video is mandatory for furniture products Ā for further queries please feel free to reach out on the whatsapp / email , details as provided above.
- Once the replacement is requested, it may take our courier 5 working days to pick up your order..
- Please return the products in their original condition including the barcodes and packaging.
